Common Emergency Codes

TETAF has received requests to review a list of Common Emergency Codes for use in the hospitals. The Common Emergency Codes list is being reviewed to assist with compliance for nursing and other hospital employees that frequently change or share employers. This list may also assist physicians who have privileges at multiple facilities.

TETAF is NOT making a formal recommendation for Code commonalities; we are asking hospital representatives’ opinions on this topic. Please provide us your input.
